Internal Rules and Code of Conduct

Les Promenades St‑Bruno aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and pleasant environment for all visitors, employees, and retailers. By accessing the property, every individual agrees to comply with this internal code of conduct, designed to ensure respect, safety, and peace for everyone.1. General Behavior and ConductVisitors must maintain respectful and courteous behavior toward other guests, administrative staff, and retailers at all times.Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior is prohibited, including but not limited to fighting, loitering, rough play, loud or offensive language, misconduct, crowding, or any act of vandalism.2. This includes tri‑scooters, quad‑scooters, and electric scooters.4. Image, Video, and Audio RecordingTo protect visitors’ privacy and the security of the centre:Any professional, commercial, or public‑facing photo or video recording is prohibited without prior written authorization from management.The following devices are prohibited for photo or video capture: smartphones, smart glasses, cameras, and video cameras.5. Face‑Covering ClothingFor safety and identification purposes:Wearing balaclavas, hoods, or any clothing that fully or partially conceals the face is prohibited.Visitors must remain identifiable by security personnel at all times.6. Dress CodeAppropriate attire is required at all times:Shoes and proper clothing must be worn at all times.Visitors must dress in a respectful manner consistent with the centre’s social standards.7. Surveillance and Property ProtectionLes Promenades St‑Bruno employ advanced security measures:The premises are continuously monitored by cameras.Images may be recorded and collected through closed‑circuit television (CCTV) systems.8. Animals on the PropertyFor hygiene and safety reasons:Only properly identified and trained service animals accompanying a person with a recognized need are permitted.Pets are not allowed inside the centre.9. ParkingTo ensure safe circulation and fair access to parking spaces:Visitor vehicles must be parked exclusively in clearly marked spaces designated for this purpose.Parking in unauthorized areas, traffic lanes, loading zones, reserved spaces, or emergency zones is strictly prohibited.Vehicles parked in violation may be subject to administrative measures, including towing or fines, in accordance with applicable municipal laws.Visitors must respect signage, speed limits, and instructions from security personnel.10. Shopping Carts and BasketsTo ensure smooth movement and prevent damage or obstruction:The use or circulation of shopping carts and baskets from retailers or external sources is prohibited in the common areas of the centre.Carts must remain inside the stores that provide them and must not be moved into corridors, entrances, elevators, or other public areas.11. Service Corridors and Restricted AreasFor safety, confidentiality, and internal operations:Service corridors, technical areas, maintenance rooms, delivery zones, administrative offices, and all other staff‑only areas are strictly prohibited to the public.Access is limited to authorized employees, accredited suppliers, and security personnel.Any intrusion may result in immediate intervention and disciplinary measures.12. Privacy Policy and Complete RulesVisitors may access all centre policies, including the privacy policy, courtesy rules, and terms of use:By scanning the QR code displayed at entrances and information areas.These documents outline security practices, data protection measures, and visitors’ rights and responsibilities.13. Enforcement and Disciplinary MeasuresFailure to comply with these rules may result in:intervention by security personnel,a request to immediately leave the property,temporary or permanent banning from the premises,or, in severe cases, police intervention.Les Promenades St‑Bruno reserve the right to modify these rules at any time to ensure a safe and harmonious environment.
